It is based on coordination agreements between judges of the Divisions of Family Law of the Higher Regional Courts of Düsseldorf, Köln and Hamm, the Maintenance Commission of the “Deutscher Familiengerichtstag e.V.” (German Family Court Day) and a survey of other Higher Regional Courts.
